— LEADERSHIP
CEO & Founder, Bullzeye Global Growth Partners
Author of the Bullzeye 3D Framework. She advises founders and executive teams in healthcare, MedTech, and HealthTech on AI visibility, healthcare commercialization, and executive growth strategy.
— What She Does
Meghna works with founders and executive teams at growth-stage healthcare companies, the ones with credible science and real traction whose growth has outrun the systems that produced it. Her role is to set the strategic target with the leadership team, then build and measure the system that reaches it.
She is known for treating marketing as a P&L rather than a cost center, and for insisting that a marketing leader be able to defend brand value in a number a CFO and a board will respect.
— Demonstrable Expertise
Meghna is the author of the Bullzeye 3D Framework and its subordinate systems: the Judgment Layer, a decision doctrine that governs how growth decisions are made and where a call must not be handed to AI, and Healthcare Growth Intelligence, the evidence engine that grades the evidence those decisions depend on. Together they form an operating model built for the way healthcare markets actually behave.
She is a member of the Forbes Business Council and writes regularly on generative engine optimization and E-E-A-T, on the measurement of brand and demand, and on the commercial realities of scaling in healthcare.
— The Background Behind the View
Meghna’s insistence on systems and measurement is not a stylistic preference. It comes from where she started. Before Bullzeye, she spent much of her career inside global operations and corporate finance, including a role as director of IT for global corporate finance and procurement at Bunge, and earlier work across Honeywell and Unilever.
That is an unusual foundation for a growth strategist, and it is the reason she treats growth as an operating problem, connects marketing to financial outcomes by default, and is comfortable in a boardroom discussing pipeline and P&L rather than campaigns and impressions. She founded her first company in 2007 and built it over time into the healthcare-focused growth consultancy she leads today.
